1. Pricing


Our products and prices are subject to change. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are exclusive of VAT. All our prices are shown in British pounds.

2. Shipping & Delivery


UK/Ireland online orders:

Shipping Standard Charge - £5.00* per item.
Allow 3-4 working days for delivery of items already in stock and up to 7 weeks for ordered in items.

*NB. All online orders will be processed at the checkout with a shipping charge of £5 total which covers postage, packaging and insurance costs. This charge will apply to the majority of orders however the amount for some orders may be more depending on number of items ordered, the weight or value of the order and your location. If this occurs you will be advised by email before any payment is taken and we will await your approval before proceeding with the order. You may email us in advance if you wish to query your p&p in advance.

Europe/International online orders:

Shipping Standard Charge - £15.00* (plus £3.00 each additional order)
Allow up to 3-10 working days for delivery of items already in stock and up to 7 weeks for ordered in items.

For all debit/credit card purchases delivery can only be made to the cardholder's address. Please note all customers will be advised of dress delivery times at point of ordering. Delivery times can never be exact however in the unlikely event that items shall take longer than expected, you will be notified. See Stationery page for stationery delivery times. If postal delivery is required for a stationery order please phone us to discuss P&P costs as this will be dependent on the weight of each individual order placed. Should you need any items urgently please contact staff to discuss.

3.Return Policy

 

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to your order specifications. 

If you are returning or exchanging dresses,or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached..

  • Shipped the wrong item:

You have the option of returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for return with Customer Service before sending items back.

  • Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements.

Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, please contact  Customer Service to get related solutions.

  • Color Issues

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Garcialili.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

  • Return Process

1)  Contact customer service by yumingbing@googlemail.com, explain the reason for the return. If it accord with our return policy ,return can be accept. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2)  Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item. But the customer are responsible for the total shipping cost, we just refund for the price of the products.

3)  All items return should be in original condition - unworn, unwashed,unaltered,undamaged, clean.Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds.

 

4. Cancellation Policy


We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is vital to note that our clothing and some accessories (including sashes, and wraps) are made to order, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be e a full refund..
- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the commodity price.
- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment, we reserve the right to deduct more than 20% of the commodity price.
